The Machine
How this work is funded and run, in four verbs: earn, prove, convene, move on.
STANDING
Charter
The Machine is the working agreement behind every project here: earn through useful work, prove it with results anyone can inspect, bring in the people who want to help, and carry the work into the next setting. Every contribution needs a clear purpose, boundaries, and a way to check its result.
Each project card names the loop it advances: which working system leads to which case study, contract or revenue. The project map shows the intended connections, and the doors on the hire page show the current ways in.
