What it is
Caravan is the plan for coordination tooling for dance events, workshops and meetups: creating an event, sharing rides and rooms, forming small groups. It is meant to run on Semantica’s desk and packet logic, applied to moving actual people into groups.
The repository holds one design document from July 2026 describing two layers that belong together: a planning endpoint that takes a structure of subtasks and hand-offs and returns an order, and a learned router that decides whether a request is worth splitting across a cheap team or sending to one strong solver. The measurements behind that design live in another private repository, not here.
What exists today
One design document and no source. The earlier deployed routing app the document describes no longer answered at its address on 21 October 2026.
Not done
No code in the repository; the source the document refers to was never pushed here.
Depends on Semantica’s personal front desk being stable first.
