AttentionShield
Email defence that sits inside the Gmail you already use: it reads recent mail, writes a short summary back to you inside the thread, and gives you a river to triage from. Live for its first user; invite-only beta.

What it is
AttentionShield clears an inbox and turns relationships into a short daily task list. You sign in with Google, connect Gmail, and the system discovers recent mail, summarises it with Claude, and sends the summary as a reply to yourself inside the thread; the originals are labelled or archived by rule. Triage happens in a river view that carries a felt sense of the inbox, pressure, noise, warmth, rather than only a list.
A concierge strip keeps a short ranked list of people: open threads and correspondents who have gone quiet. An overnight edition turns the inbox into a two-minute newspaper. A filter steward groups junk into packs and clears them in one tap. Credits gate volume, one credit per summarised email, bought through Stripe.
The product rules are written down: marketing that matches what the code does (it sends, to you, in-thread), privacy and terms pages, no agent that acts on your behalf, no auto-sent outreach. The launch is gated in three stages, closed invite, paid beta, open launch, each with a checklist.
What exists today
Deployed on Railway with a public landing page that answered on 21 October 2026. FastAPI, Supabase auth, the Gmail API, Claude for summaries, Stripe for credits. Processing real email for its first user. The canonical repository is private, last pushed 18 September 2026; an older public repository holds the earlier version.
Not done
Invite-only; public signup, Google OAuth verification and a custom domain are gates not yet passed.
Live Stripe charges are a later stage; the beta runs on free credits.
The operator console is not enabled on the production host.
Next
